Our Organisation
Our Story
Best Lives began in 1986 as Avon Community Employment Support Centre, trading as Essential Personnel, opening our first office in Northam to fill a critical gap in services for people with disabilities in regional WA. We are proud to be the longest-serving disability services providers in the Central Wheatbelt. Our foundation of trust and longevity is reflected in the partnerships we maintain- with strong and lasting relationships with our customers, employers, community groups, and other agencies.
What began as a regional employment initiative in the Central Wheatbelt has now grown into a dynamic organisation delivering tailored services in lifestyle, employment, accommodation, NDIS support coordination and much more. Even as we continue to evolve as an organisation- expanding our services and improving our facilities- we embrace creative, outside-the-box thinking, to find new solutions to meet emerging needs. We have always been and will continue to be committed to delivering the highest quality services to the people we serve.
