Stepping into the world of work is more fun with a buddy by your side.
We know the transition from school to work is a big step. That’s why Best Lives have developed the Employment Buddy Program. It’s a free, practical, hands-on program designed to build skills, confidence, and connections for young people with disability or health conditions.
The Employment Buddy Program experience includes:
- 10 x 4-hour interactive workshops
- 2 x supported 4-hour industry insight sessions with local employers
- Opportunities to build confidence, independence, and workplace connections
