More independence. More everyday skills, like cooking and shopping. More opportunities to get out, meet new people and try new things, from hobbies to a new job. Tell us what your best life looks like, and we’ll work with you to explore all the possibilities and bring it to life.

Where Can You Access Our Lifestyle Services?

We have been providing flexible support across the Perth Metro and Wheatbelt regions since 2009. You can access our services:

  • In your home
  • In the community
  • At our Skills Centre in Northam- a vibrant hub for learning, connection and support
  • Smaller skills centres in Moora and Merredin
  • Or even on holiday- we can accompany and assist you on short breaks or longer getaways

We also offer NDIS Supported Independent Living services if you’re exploring more long-term housing options with the right level of assistance.

No matter where or how you choose to receive support, you’ll always be at the centre of the planning. Live your best life. Love the journey of creating it.
